We will be finishing up the blended workshop fraction unit and will begin our new blended workshop on fractions. Students will be learning at their pace, blending technology with instruction. They will also get meaningful small group instruction, at their level, with the teacher. We are looking forward to another successful unit.

They should also continue to practice their multiplication facts at home each night.

MAP Testing

3rd grade will be taking the Reading MAP test on Monday, March 14 @ 8:30 AM and the Math MAP test on Thursday, March 17 @ 8:30 AM (unless your child has a small group testing accommodation). We will be conferencing with each student to discuss their goals in both subject areas. Please talk with your child about taking his/her time on these tests so we can get an accurate reflection of exactly where they are to help us guide our instruction for the remainder of the year.

Your child can prepare by getting a good night's rest the night before these tests and eating breakfast as well. Below are some practice links they can use at home.
